The Ball Vase (Thayer/Chambers) is a classic in Magic and our version is sure to please the discerning collector and performer. Hand-turned from select mahogany with our special hand rubbed finish. The ball is bright red with our exclusive gold metal-fleck finish. The overall height of the large vase is 8 1/2" with a 1 1/2" ball. We have borrowed from the genius of Floyd Thayer and have made the base of the vase large enough to hide the ball without having to palm it. The vase is also designed to change the ball into a 9" silk hank.
Effect: The performer displays a red ball and a wooden vase. The ball is removed and vanished, only to reappear in the vase. The ball is again vanished, returning to the vase and this time the ball is also made to pass through the bottom of the vase! Finally, the ball is vanished and in its place is a small red silk hank.
