I recently had the pleasure to see this item performed in Sao Paulo, Brazil and I'm glad I did. I remember other models in the past we sold for $400-$500 that were bigger and required a long and cumbersome tray. Even then it was limited to certain thin glasses.
This new model is the essence of technology, smaller and more powerful. It's very well built and will last for years. Works with practically any drinking glass. I witnessed it five times to see if there was ANY way I could catch a trace of the hammer - IMPOSSIBLE.
