What happens next is virtually amazing, as the performer holds the deck of cards in his hand (upon which the entire deck can be visually seen clearly), takes the spectators' chosen and signed card and puts it back into the middle of the deck - very cleanly and clearly mind you. Next the magicians squares up the deck and BLIMP BLAM, the entire deck of card VANISHES with the exception of ONE card that is left - which you guessed it - happens to be the spectators signed and selected card! It starts out like a normal Ambitious Card routine. A signed card jumps from the top of the deck to the bottom, and then back to the top again. So far just regular stuff. But, just you wait, Henry Higgins!
Holding the deck in dealing position, you visibly insert the signed card into the middle of the deck. The spectators can see the card go right into the center of the deck. NO doubt as to where the card is going.
Square the deck up and, in a blink, the entire deck vanishes except for one card. The signed card. Give the card a toss into the air, catch it and bow to huge applause.
