This is an estate item.  It does come with all the cards and the instructional DVD.  The instructional DVD does have a few scratches but it doesn’t affect the playing of the DVD.

Time keeper is an effect with DVD that comes with several cards with a clock face on it.  The effect a prediction effect where the performer is able to Devine the time in which the participant selected.
